INSURANCE INFORMATION

Traditionally, payment has been guaranteed by no-fault insurance providers, and all major Michigan providers have been represented at the program. On occasion private medical insurers have covered the cost of these services. To date, our services have been covered by over 40 of all the major providers.

We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare or Blue Cross Blue Shield, as none of these providers covers cognitive retraining. In some instances BCBS has covered a portion of the pre-program assessment, but has never covered the entire cost of the evaluation.

We also accept private payment, and a reduced rate is available for cash payments. Arrangements are made directly with the office manager and the treatment team.

In exceptional circumstances, we have provided scholarships to several candidates. These are limited to no more than one per year, and further information is available from the office manager.
